Urumqi City
Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the middle-northern Tian Shan Mountain range on the southern edge of the Zhunger Basin. Covering an area of 12, 000 sq km (about 2,965,262 acres), Urumqi is the home of Uigur, Han, Hui, Manchu, Kazakstan, Russian, Tatar, Mongolian and many other nationalities. Once a stationing for troops in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), it became a city during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Since 1884, Urumqi has been the capital of Xinjiang Province. Now, Urumqi is the commercial, political and cultural center of Xinjiang.

new entryIn order not to fail my coming QET so badly, I decide to write first and maybe my last English entry as a pratice b4 the test (for addition information, i start writing in English cos my QET zhan you Cap zhou is really practising hard through his blog, so better catch up with him). For me every entry has a theme, so this time i decide to share with you sth you guys must be very interested in, "GIRLS". It was sth quite sensitive to me b4 cos i felt bashful when i talked about it but since i am currently sinking deeply in the pool of girls in business school, i have sth to say about girls. Due to my observation, I categorize girls in biz into three groups. First group is called " fake pretty". They make up heavily b4 they come for orientation, and they look really glamorous among the girls.But, behind all the cosmetics, usually you can easily see their imperfect faces,pimples and freckles,eg like linsay lohan. Also, they purposely keep their faces cool as if she is noble princess and seldom talked to ppl they think ordinary. The second group is called " natural pretty". They seldom appear cos once they apprear, they are so easily to be put onto the center of attention. So they keep laying low by sitting at the corner of the LT so that ppl may not find them easily. however, they can be friendly and you can pass by and say hello to them and you will get a crooked laugh and it makes you feel happy the whole day. The last group is the largest group and the group i like the best. If there is sth btw pretty and not pretty( I am not talking about xin ling mei ok), it is normal. Girls who are belonged to this group are passionate, caring and easy-going. They are not afraid of anything cos gossip will never land on them, so they feel free to talk with guys and play with them around. That's why i know most of the girls who belong to the last group. I feel very happy to know them and glad to make friend
